Thomas Sanders has had an extensive work experience, starting in 2011. Thomas began their career as a Shift Supervisor at The Wendy's Company and then moved on to become a Cook 2 at The Walt Disney Company in 2013. During this time, they also worked as a Student Assistant at Johnson & Wales University. In 2015, they worked as a Cook at The Kraft Group & Affiliates. In 2016, they worked as a QA Tech II and QA Tech III at Blount Fine Foods and a Cook II Intern at The Walt Disney Company. Finally, in 2018, they began working at Edesia Nutrition as a Technical Manager, Production Supervisor, and Quality Control Technician. In this role, they monitored sanitation, safety regulations and procedures, GMPs and HACCP, FSMA and BRC Standards, and conducted bench analysis for nutrient and physical parameters. Thomas also performed internal GMP audits throughout the facility.
Thomas Sanders obtained two certifications in 2011: OSHA from OSHA-Safety-Training.com in March, and ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association in January. Thomas then attended Johnson & Wales University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition.
