Sean Collins is an experienced technical support professional currently serving as a Level 2 Technical Support representative at xSellco since October 2017, where responsibilities include general customer support and escalation of complex technical issues. As a Volunteer Mozillian for Mozilla Ireland since January 2013, Sean contributes to community events and promotes open source awareness. Previous roles include Software Tester at The Educational Company of Ireland (Edco), where involvement in a platform migration was key, as well as positions as a Junior Developer at Big Dog Digital and an Android Developer Intern at LiveMobile. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Programming/Multimedia Systems from IADR Dún Laoghaire, completed in 2013, and possesses a strong passion for graphic design and web design.
