Keith Wale

Keith Wale is an experienced Reactor Operator and Operations Technician with a solid background in the nuclear industry. Currently employed at EDF (UK) since August 2020, Keith serves as a Reactor Operator trainee and previously held the position of Operations Technician Team Leader at Hinkley Point C, leading efforts in plant operations processes. Keith’s experience also includes serving as a Lead Operations Technician, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of safety rules and operational procedures. Prior to EDF, Keith worked at VULCAIN INGENIERIE as a Deputy PTW Manager and Permit-to-Work Officer, and began a career at Eskom as a Principal Nuclear Plant Operator, where responsibilities included monitoring and ensuring safety compliance. Keith holds a National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Cape Town and has completed A-Levels in Business Administration and Management at Falcon College.
