Rachael Egan

Rachael Egan is currently the Head of Legal (Interim) and Deputy Company Secretary at EDF (UK). Rachael also worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at EDF Energy and as a Trainee Solicitor within the Corporate & Steering Functions Legal Team. Prior to that, Rachael was a Fee Earner in the Banking and Finance Group at DWF LLP and Chafes Solicitors LLP, specializing in Lender Services. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Sheffield Hallam University and completed their LPC at Manchester College of Law. Rachael also obtained their Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS) degree from BPP Professional Education. Throughout their career, Rachael has demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters.
