Rachael Glaving

Rachael Glaving is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Commercial Director at EDF (UK) since March 2016, alongside roles such as Head of Strategic & Commercial Development and Head of New Business. Prior experience includes positions at Électricité de France in audit management and multiple leadership roles at EDF Energy, where responsibilities ranged from upstream asset development to European technical liaison. Rachael began the career as a High Voltage Operational Engineer at Seeboard Power Networks and has since developed expertise in commercial strategy and business development. Rachael holds an EMBA in Management from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as a BEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Brighton.
