Simon Mounsey Ceng Mimeche

Simon Mounsey CEng MIMechE is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Design Engineering Group Head at EDF (UK) since June 2010, Simon has also held roles as Fuel Route Engineer and Procurement Engineer within the organization. Prior experience includes a position as Design Engineer at First Subsea Ltd and a similar role at Gilbert Gilkes and Gordon, where responsibilities included the design of engine cooling pumps from customer specifications to manufacturing and testing. Simon's educational background includes a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lancaster University, completed in 2006, along with various specialized training courses in engineering design software.
