Rashi Gupta

Rashi Gupta is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at EDF Power Solutions India since November 2024, focusing on digital HR and data analytics. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Tata Motors from June 2011 to December 2024, where Rashi held roles as Head HR for North and East Zone, leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and driving talent and culture for the commercial vehicle sector. Rashi also served as an HR business partner in the North and East Zone and as Head HR for the North Zone, supporting a business worth over INR 20,000 Crore. Earlier career experiences include a summer internship at Polaris Software Lab, where training needs were identified for 240 associates, and a graduate engineer trainee position at Precision Electronics Ltd, focusing on design engineering. Rashi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, along with a Human Resource Certification from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
