Kevin Minkoff is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Development at EDF Renewables in South Africa since 2017. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Head of Asset Management at InnoWind (EDF EN Group) from 2009 to 2017, overseeing a wind portfolio and managing various project stakeholders, including O&M contractors and Eskom. Kevin's project management expertise includes serving as the Owner's Representative for a significant wind farm project and developing a comprehensive 1GW wind portfolio from inception. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Coordinator for a pilot wind and PV project at Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality. Kevin holds an MSc in Physics and Engineering from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes and has further academic experience in Materials Engineering and Environmental Science at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
