Chris Sorby

Chris Sorby is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the infrastructure and construction industry. Chris currently serves as the Commercial Lead - Battery & Solar at EDF Renewables UK & Ireland. Prior to this, Chris held positions such as Project Services Manager at IA JV and Quantity Surveying and Contracts Manager at Rumaila Operating Organisation. Throughout their career, Chris has been involved in a range of projects, from new housing developments to oil field facility upgrades, demonstrating their expertise in cost control, contract administration, and project management. Chris attended Nunthorpe Grammar School from 1978 to 1983.
