Laura K Chare is the Head of Legal - Corporate Governance at EDF Renewables UK & Ireland. Laura K has extensive experience in corporate transactions, reorganizations, and providing advice on a variety of legal matters. Laura previously worked as an Associate at Dundas & Wilson before taking on their current role. Laura K holds a BA in Geography from King's College London, an MS in Development Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and has also studied at BPP Law School.
