Rachael Kyle (Graham) has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rachael joined EDF Renewables UK & Ireland in 2020 as the Head of Commercial and Industrial Renewables. Prior to that, they worked at ALTEN LTD - UK as an Experienced Business Manager from 2018 to 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they co-founded and worked at SolaGrow Limited. Rachael also worked at Syzygy Renewables as a Project Engineer from 2014 to 2016. Rachael'searly professional experience includes working at Frazer-Nash Consultancy as an Engineer from 2012 to 2014, Procter & Gamble in research and development in 2011, Springfield Properties Plc as an Engineering Intern in 2010, and G&P Engineering as a Geotechnical Engineering Intern in 2009.

Rachael Kyle (Graham) began their education at Gordonstoun School in 2002 and attended until 2005. Rachael then enrolled at The Mount School in York from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at Durham University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an MEng with Upper Second Class Honours.
