Jeffrey Blake

Vice President, Strategic Development Initiatives at EDF Renewables

Jeffrey Blake has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Development Initiatives at EDF Renewables North America, where they manage a team involved in various aspects of business development and provides strategic support for offshore wind initiatives. Prior to this, Jeffrey held leadership roles at Shell and E.ON, where they were responsible for transactions, commercial optimization, origination, and execution in the renewable power sector. Jeffrey also has experience in risk and investment management. Jeffrey began their career as a Financial Analyst at Rothschild before moving on to an internship at the Inter American Development Bank during their MBA studies.

Jeffrey Blake received their Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) with a major in International Economics from Georgetown University between the years 2002 and 2006. Later, between 2009 and 2011, they pursued dual degrees in Business and International Relations, completing an MBA/MA program at The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
