Jennifer Burkle

Jennifer Burkle serves as the Associate Director of Experience Design and Change Adoption at EDF Renewables North America since December 2021, following a long tenure at Wells Fargo that began in February 2002. At Wells Fargo, Jennifer held multiple leadership roles, including Continuous Improvement and Talent Enablement Leader, where responsibilities included leading change management efforts, developing communication strategies, and designing user education programs. Jennifer has extensive experience in HR technology implementation, business analysis, and strategic planning, contributing to cost savings and efficiency across various initiatives. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Organizational Innovation from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sociology from Arizona State University.
