Shuo Ouyang

Shuo Ouyang, P.E. is a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in export cables and civil work packages for the Atlantic Shore Offshore Wind Project at EDF Renewables North America since February 2023. Concurrently, Shuo serves as an Underground Transmission Engineer at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC, supporting offshore wind package tasks.
