Sean Yang

Sean Yang has a diverse work experience in the field of quantitative analytics and trading. Sean started their career at Enron as a Manager and worked there from 1997 to 2001. Sean then joined UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director of Risk Management from 2002 to 2003. After that, they worked at GDF SUEZ as a Director of Quantitative Finance from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they joined BP as a Senior Quantitative Trading Strategist from 2006 to 2010. Sean then worked at Shell Energy Trading as a Senior Quantitative Trader from 2010 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Ayata as a Senior Data Scientist and later moved to EDF Trading as a Director of Quantitative Analytics.

Sean Yang received their Ph.D from Michigan State University in 1996. Sean'sfield of study was Math, Computer Science, and Finance.
