Tony Yin

Tony Yin is a highly skilled professional in the fields of trading and quantitative analysis, currently working in Systematic Trading for EDF Trading since April 2023, focusing on European power and gas markets. Prior experience includes a role in AI Research at J.P. Morgan, specializing in deep learning for limit order book forecasting, and serving as a Quantitative Analyst at Investec, where machine learning models were developed for default risk prediction across lending portfolios. Tony Yin began his career with a Business Analytics Internship at Lane Clark & Peacock, working on C# model development. Tony Yin earned a PhD in Computer Science from UCL, a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance from Cass Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Imperial College London.
