Margaux Maeterlinck has been in the business industry since 2013. Margaux began their career as a Business Development Intern at OMA, where they were responsible for researching potential projects, communicating with clients and governments, and preparing final documentation. In 2014, they joined the Barry Callebaut Group as a Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager for Global Corporate Accounts, Business Development Manager for Ice Cream EMEA, and Product Manager for Decorations Western Europe. In 2020, they moved to Lotus Bakeries as a Global Brand Manager for Lotus Biscoff Spread and Customer Development and OOH. Currently, they are a Brand Development Manager for New Business at Edgard & Cooper, where they are responsible for developing and cultivating innovation within the company.

Margaux Maeterlinck has a diverse educational background. Margaux completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Architecture from Ghent University between 2007 and 2011. Margaux then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering in Architectural Design & Construction Techniques at Ghent University from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School between 2012 and 2013. In 2016, they attended University College Cork for a course in Ice Cream Science & Technology. Lastly, they obtained their Private Pilot License from Ben Air Flight Academy between 2011 and 2014.
