Non-playing Support Team

The Non-playing Support Team at Warwickshire County Cricket Club is dedicated to enhancing both the club's internal culture and its external community engagement. The team includes a Scout who identifies emerging talent, a Community Dynamos Intros Ambassador who fosters grassroots connections, the Head Of People & Culture who ensures a thriving and supportive workplace, and an Executive Assistant who provides critical administrative support to the Chief Executive & Chair.
