Ben Bird

Ben Bird is currently the Head of People & Culture at Warwickshire County Cricket Club. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The National Lottery Community Fund and as an HR Business Partner at Arsenal F.C. Ben has also held HR roles at Southbank Centre, Deloitte UK, HM Treasury, and HM Prison Service. Ben holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management from Aston University. Ben has extensive experience in providing HR support, managing employee relations, and leading HR projects across various organizations.
