Gina Rouban has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Gina started their career in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant at MODE Real Estate Management Services, where they gained experience in property management. In 2011, they joined Interstate Restoration Group as a Regional Account Manager, specializing in disaster recovery and construction. Gina then transitioned to EDGE Building Services, Inc in 2013, where they served as the Executive Vice President. At EDGE, Gina focused on providing environmentally friendly janitorial and cleaning services to clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Prior to their work in property management and disaster recovery, Gina gained customer service and leadership experience at Carrabba's Italian Grill from 2003 to 2012. During their time at Carrabba's, they managed and mentored new staff members, implemented marketing programs to increase revenue, and delivered quality customer service.
In 2006, Gina Rouban obtained a B.S. degree in the W.P. Carey School of Business from Arizona State University.
