Prior experience includes serving as Global Business Systems Director at Guardian Industries and CAIO at Guardian Industries - North American Flat Glass. Rodman's career at Guardian Industries spanned nearly a decade in roles including NA Regional Finance Manager. Rodman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University, which was earned between 1984 and 1988.
