Tricia Foster

Tricia Foster has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Tricia is currently working as the Human Resources Director at both Century Cabinets Inc. and Edge Building Solutions since April 2020. Prior to that, Tricia served as the Director of Human Resources at Smart Source from February 2017 to April 2020, where they provided brand management, BPO, and technology solutions across various industries. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at ON Services - a GES company from March 2015 to February 2017 and at Mitsubishi Motors from April 2010 to March 2015. Tricia began their career at Siemens as a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator, serving from January 2001 to December 2010.

Tricia Foster attended Indian River State College from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Tallahassee Community College from 1990 to 1992. Tricia completed their high school education at Martin County High School from 1984 to 1989.
