Andrés Cuestas

Andrés Cuestas currently serves as the Director General at CUATROPLANOS SAS since September 2016, overseeing project coordination and consultancy across various phases of execution, including BIM design and sustainable construction consulting. In addition, Andrés is an EDGE Expert with EDGE Buildings since January 2021, providing support in sustainable design and certification for commercial and residential buildings in Colombia. Previous experience includes roles as Project Engineer at EKOOBIM, where technical coordination was managed through BIM processes, and Director of Works at INGENAL Arquitectura y Construcción S.A, leading the project "Oficinas Calle 93" in Bogotá. Early career positions included Resident of Urbanism and Finishes at PROMOTORA LA CALERA S.A.S and a trainee at Constructora Bolivar S.A. Andrés holds a Master of Science in Building and Architectural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
