Paula Castro Vivanco

Paula Castro Vivanco is an experienced professional in the field of environmental engineering and sustainable building practices. Currently serving as an EDGE Expert at EDGE Buildings since November 2018, Paula provides technical support for the design of efficient and sustainable buildings and assists in obtaining EDGE certification for constructions in Ecuador, including technical support for the Jade housing complex. Previously, as a freelance Environmental Technician at Consultor Boroshilov Castro from May 2012 to July 2018, Paula contributed to significant projects such as the inventory of leachate treatment systems and the redesign of waste dump closure. Additional experience includes working in roles focused on environmental supervision, compliance, and administration across various companies and government entities, complemented by an academic background from Universidad de Las Américas.
