Waqas Ahmad

Waqas Ahmad is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and green building certification. Since September 2018, Waqas has been serving as an EDGE Auditor at EDGE Buildings, providing independent auditing services for EDGE certification. Additionally, Waqas has worked as an EDGE Expert, offering technical support for green building projects in Islamabad, Pakistan. Previous experience includes roles as a Lab Engineer at the US Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy, a Windows Development Lead at Skippy Apps Pty Ltd, and a Junior Engineer at Celeros Networks Private Ltd, where Waqas led operations and maintenance for Telenor sites. Waqas holds a Master of Science in Energy Systems Engineering from USPCAS-E, NUST, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
