As an expert network engineer and software developer, Bill has a proven track record of being a technically accomplished executive with the in-the-trenches hands on experience to provide him with the unique perspective to assemble and mentor teams with the right skill sets, depth of knowledge, and culture to meet or exceed the goals set at the executive and board levels.
