Bibi Kausar Hamid

Bibi Kausar Hamid is currently serving as a Junior Legal Advisor at Edge Growth since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Compliance Counsel at Samsung Electronics (November 2021 - May 2023), Legal Counsel at Absa Group (April 2021 - November 2021), and Candidate Attorney at Clyde & Co (January 2019 - February 2021). Bibi also worked as a Student Legal Advisor at Wits Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal advice to indigent community members, and briefly as a Vacation Student Worker at Biccari Bollo Mariano Inc, where court procedures were observed. Bibi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with majors in Insurance & Risk Management and Law from the same institution (2014-2016). Education was completed at Jeppe High School for Girls (2009-2013).
