Victoria Harris is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operations Partner at Kinjani since July 2024 and as a Co-Founder of Carbon Grant Fund since March 2023. Additionally, Victoria holds the position of Program Consultant at Edge Growth beginning January 2024. Past roles include Growth Specialist in the Pathways Entrepreneurial Program at E Squared Investments, Chief Operating Officer at WomHub, and Program Director at Solve4x Consultants, among others. Victoria's expertise in entrepreneurship and program management is further demonstrated through previous positions at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, AlphaCode, Naspers Labs, and Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology. Victoria is pursuing advanced studies at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town and holds a BSocSc Hons in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Cape Town, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
