Jennifer Walker, CHRP, CHRL has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently the Human Resources Director at Edge Imaging, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at BIZIE Consultants as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, where they provided creative HR solutions to engage employees and drive organizational change. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Human Resources Manager at Dynamic Functional Solutions Inc., where they created and managed HR programs and policies. Before that, Jennifer was the Principal Owner of Innate Careers from 2010 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at SCI Group Inc., SCI Logistics Ltd., and First Team Transport Inc. from 2007 to 2009, and was a Human Resources Administrator at Quik X Group from 2005 to 2007. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance, among other areas.

Jennifer Walker, CHRP, CHRL, has a comprehensive education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph, obtained between 1999 and 2003. In 2004 and 2005, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College. Jennifer also holds a Counselling Diploma with highest honours from ICS Learn, which they completed in 2016.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has obtained additional certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2005, they earned the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. In 2020, Jennifer became a Crisis Responder through Kids Help Phone. Jennifer also obtained the First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification from St. John Ambulance Ontario, which will be obtained in 2023.
