Daniel Situnayake

Daniel Situnayake is currently the Director of Machine Learning at Edge Impulse since January 2020. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Google from April 2017 to January 2020 as a Developer Advocate for TensorFlow Lite and Dialogflow. Daniel also co-founded Tiny Farms, served as the CEO, and was involved in insect farming technology. With a strong technical background, including roles at companies like Green Dot Corporation and Loopt, Daniel has a BSc (Hons) First Class in Computer Networks and Security from Birmingham City University. Additionally, Daniel has experience as a technical mentor at Hack Reactor and co-founder of OneChirp, showcasing their diverse skill set in machine learning, software engineering, and entrepreneurship.
