Jodie Lane

Jodie Lane has a long and varied work experience. Jodie began their career in 2007 as the Owner/Manager of PrideStaff, where they launched a general staffing business in Austin, Texas and grew it from zero to a dozen clients in ten months. In 2009, they took on the role of Marketing Manager at HeatGenie and also served as a Marketing and Business Development Consultant at g&g Consulting. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Arm as a Contract Technical Recruiter and then a Sr. Tech Recruiter | Talent Acquisition, where they provided full-cycle recruiting, initiated recruiting strategies, and placed technical engineers and strategic leaders. In 2019, they took on roles at both AMD and SiFive as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor and Director of Talent Acquisition, respectively. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as Director of Talent at Edge Impulse.

Jodie Lane has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and has taken a few courses at Meadville Lombard Theological School. Jodie also holds a Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification obtained in August 2021 and a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter obtained in December 2018.
