Roland Elie

Roland Elie has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Wells since March 2002, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager. As of July 15, 2024, Gate Precast, where Roland held multiple roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources and Safety Manager, and Human Resources and Safety Assistant from March 2002 until October 2025, was acquired by Wells. Roland Elie holds a degree from the University of South Florida.
