Earl Lindsay

Earl Lindsay has worked in the IT field for over 30 years. From 1989 to 1996, they worked as an Operations Supervisor at CBC Companies. In 1996, they moved to Sterling Commerce an AT&T company, where they worked as an OSS Supervisor in the Enterprise Operations Center of a distributed and z/OS-JES3 datacenter. Theirresponsibilities included z/OS maintenance implementations, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, and Change Control for the enterprise datacenter environment. In 2006, they took on a Maintenance Assistant role at Alliance Data. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Huntington National Bank as a Mainframe Engineer 3. Here, they were responsible for Mainframe Hardware, z/OS, Network, Storage, System Automation, GDPS maintenance, and performance. Earl also led a team of eight to reduce 20 years of technical debt. Since 2017, they have been working at Edge Solutions & Consulting Inc. as an Executive Information Technology Architect and Solutions Architect. In these roles, they are skilled in strategic relationship development, key accounts management, and solution selling for enterprise IT environments. Earl builds relationships, recruits and builds cross-functional teams, manages projects from conception to completion, coaches individuals to success, and makes critical decisions during challenges to establish organizational goals.

Earl Lindsay's education history includes completing a System Z Foundations Certificate at Columbus State Community College from 2009 to 2010, a Certificate in Computer Programming and Operations at Programming and Science Institute from 1987 to 1989, and attending Groveport Madison High School from 1982 to 1986.
