Florijn Vriend

Florijn Vriend has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Florijn currently works at EDGE, a technology real estate company, where they hold the position of Head of Wellbeing & Social Impact. In this role, they are responsible for promoting wellbeing and social impact within the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Wellbeing Innovation Manager and Product Lead Wellbeing for EDGE Technologies, where they focused on developing innovative solutions for sustainable and healthy office buildings. Additionally, Florijn has worked as a Junior Innovation Manager for ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Florijn Vriend has an extensive education history. Florijn completed their Msc degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bsc degree in the same field from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2006 and 2010. Before their university studies, Florijn completed their VWO / A-levels at S.G. Cambium from 1999 to 2005.

In addition to their academic degrees, Florijn has acquired several certifications. In May 2019, they obtained the Leesman AP certification from Leesman. Florijn also completed the Leergang Project Ontwikkeling | Real Estate Development course at NEPROM in February 2019. In May 2018, Florijn became a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP™) after completing the program offered by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Furthermore, in May 2015, Florijn completed the Orientation Year in Applied Arts and Design at Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam.
