David W. Dahn

David is a successful entrepreneur with over 25 years financial experience in both public and private companies. After forging his career with Ernst & Young and serving as a finance officer of several large public companies, David launched his first business that was sold to Silicon Valley Bank within 14 months of operations. David is s published writer and accomplished lecturer (Harvard Graduate School, Boston College Graduate School, Southern New Hampshire University, Stafford Publishing, British and The Netherlands Consulates).

David’s background encompasses significant experience in corporate finance including international, federal and state financial, treasury, and tax strategy, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, audit management, valuations, equity, fundraising, and internal controls. David received his Masters from Bentley College and CPA (inact) in New Hampshire.
