Rob Szumski

Rob Szumski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rob is currently the CEO and Founder of EdgeBit, a company focused on providing real-time supply chain security. Prior to this, Rob worked at Red Hat as the Director of Product Management, where they led the product management for various OpenShift technologies. Rob also served as the Senior Manager of Product Management, leading the initiative to bring CoreOS technology to OpenShift. Before their time at Red Hat, Rob worked at CoreOS as the Principal Product Manager and Head of Design, where they focused on customer success with containers and developed initial user experiences for container-based products. Earlier in their career, Rob worked at Rackspace Hosting as a User Experience Designer, involved in designing the future of their cloud products. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for bringing the best technologies into cohesive products.

Rob Szumski attended Virginia Tech where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design. After completing their undergraduate studies, in 2023 they attended Y Combinator for a period of time, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this experience.
