Jennifer Holloway

Jennifer McQuaide, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in managing diverse HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at EDGECo Holdings, LP since March 2019, Jennifer oversees all HR activities, including staffing, employee relations, and payroll, and instituted a new HRIS system to enhance internal controls. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist positions at BHS Corrugated-North America, Inc., MWI, Inc., and Healthy Living Market and Café, where Jennifer was responsible for recruiting, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Jennifer's career began in 2004 at Tasteful Connections, where responsibilities included payroll processing and managing catering operations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
