Sarah Kind has extensive experience in customer success and sales management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at EdgePetrol since July 2018, where Sarah focuses on building the Customer Success team to enhance customer operations in the fuel station sector. Previously, Sarah was a member of Pavilion, a private organization for commercial growth leaders, and served as Sales Performance Director at ITE Group plc, managing the sales team for the Fashion Trade Show portfolio. At LexisNexis UK, Sarah held multiple roles, including Head of Customer Success, where Sarah led a team to significantly increase customer engagement and product adoption. Earlier career accomplishments include building account management teams and achieving notable revenue growth at LexisNexis and driving new business development at Irwin Mitchell. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Science in European Business Technology Management from the University of Humberside.
