Matt Bodenstedt is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Managing Director at EdgePoint Capital since October 2018, where Matt advises healthcare clients on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. Prior to EdgePoint, Matt was the Owner and Principal of MJB Consulting for a brief period in 2018. From May 2002 to March 2018, Matt held multiple leadership roles at ProMedica, including VP of PPCS and General Manager, overseeing extensive operations with over $100M in annual revenue. Additional experience includes a partnership at Vector Strategies Group, LLC, focusing on M&A advisory in healthcare, and an extensive tenure at Health Care and Retirement Corporation, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Development. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BBA in Finance from The University of Toledo, and possesses FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
