Mark Kindschi Sphr

Mark Kindschi, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Mark served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Edgerton Hospital and Health Services, where they were a member of the executive team and provided leadership and strategic vision. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at First Supply LLC, overseeing all aspects of HR management for a decentralized organization with 27 branches. Mark also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Cedar Crest, Inc and Director of Human Resources at Four Winds Manor. In addition, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Marion Plywood Corporation, where they managed HR duties for five divisions. Throughout their career, Mark has developed and implemented various programs, including leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Mark has also been involved in strategic planning and master plan development. Mark has a track record of effectively recruiting and hiring employees, managing benefit packages, and ensuring fair and consistent procedures during layoffs and recalls.
