Naif al-Qahtani

Naif Al-Qahtani, MBA, has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Tamimi Group, where responsibilities include overseeing shared services, developing modern HR systems, and directing divisional goals to align with corporate strategies. Prior roles within Ali A. Tamimi Trading & Contracting Co. involved managing regional sales activities, enhancing team performance, and setting sales goals. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at Saudi Electricity Company, focusing on load forecasting and technical studies, and a training position at Saudi Aramco. Naif Al-Qahtani holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, supplemented by an Associate’s degree in Human Resources Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
