Yurii Khomych

Yurii Khomych has a work experience spanning several years in various companies. Yurii started their career at LBS Company in 2017 as a Python Developer for a period of 7 months. Yurii then moved to BTEGRICO in the same role and worked for a year. In 2018, Yurii joined DB2 Limited as a Python Developer and worked there for 5 months. In 2019, they joined Captain Growth as a Senior Full Stack Developer and worked there until November 2021. Yurii then joined Revolut as a Software Engineer, where they worked until June 2023. Currently, Yurii is employed at Edgevana Inc. as a Senior Rust Developer.

Yurii Khomych obtained their Master's degree with honors in Geoinformatics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they studied from 2011 to 2017.

In addition, they have obtained various certifications in different subjects. In 2017, they completed the "Python Django" course at PHP-academy. Later, in 2018, they acquired several certifications including "Building Web Applications with Ajax" and "Python: Advanced Design Patterns" from LinkedIn, and "Algorithms, Part I" from Princeton University through Coursera.

In 2019, Yurii obtained certifications in various MongoDB-related subjects including "Complete Guide to Elasticsearch", "Docker and Kubernetes: The Complete Guide", "M201: MongoDB Performance", "M310: MongoDB Security", "M001: MongoDB Basics", "M121: The MongoDB Aggregation Framework", and "M220P: MongoDB for Python Developers". Yurii also completed the "Async Techniques and Examples in Python" course from Talkpython.

Most recently, in July 2021, Yurii obtained an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 57/100 (B2 Upper Intermediate) from EF Standard English Test.
