Brian Carr

Brian Carr has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and pricing roles. Brian currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc., where they lead the Finance and Pricing functions. Prior to this, Brian was the Director of Finance, National Security Sector at GovCIO, which acquired Salient CRGT where they held the same role. Brian also has experience in capture management and pricing at Cognosante, where they served as the Director of Capture Management and Director of Pricing. Before that, Brian held roles in strategic pricing and pricing analysis at URS Corporation, NCI Information Systems, Inc., and Northrop Grumman Corporation. Brian began their career as a Pricing Analyst at AMERICAN SYSTEMS. Additionally, Brian has experience in coaching as the Head Coach of Boys Junior Varsity Basketball at Oakton High School. Brian started their career as a Junior Financial Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Brian Carr earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from James Madison University between 1999 and 2003. Brian also obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Accounting from the University of Virginia, which they pursued from 2014 to 2018.
