David Kalman

David Kalman has extensive work experience in contracts management and administration. David started their career in 1993 as a Chaplain Assistant in the US Army, responsible for appropriate funds and contracts. David then transitioned to the private sector, working as a Contracts Administrator at System Applications and Technologies and later at Lockheed Martin Information Technology. In 2003, they became a Contracts Manager at Diverse Technologies Corporation before joining Acuity Consulting, Inc. as a Sr. Contracts Administrator in 2008. From 2013 to 2018, they served as a Contracts Manager at St. Michael's Inc. and then took on the role of Vice President at NCMA Frederick in 2018. Currently, they are working as a Contracts Director at Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc.

David Kalman's education history includes a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Business and Religion, from Liberty University. David also attended the University of Baltimore, where they studied Business and Political Science, but did not obtain a degree.
