James Salmon

James Salmon currently serves as Project Manager at Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC, overseeing the General Plant Projects group at the Department of Energy's Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, managing a portfolio of 22 infrastructure construction projects within a $20 million annual budget. Previously, James held the role of Deputy Director for the nuclear decommissioning project at Pacific Gas & Electric's Humboldt Bay Power Plant, where supervision included nearly 300 contractors involved in decommissioning and site restoration. Additional experience includes positions at URS Corporation, with various roles spanning Support Services Manager to Senior Scientist, as well as Project Manager roles at Terranext and RW Beck. James holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Monmouth College.
