Lauren Medina is the Vice President of Communications at Edgewell Personal Care and has been leading the company’s Corporate Communications function since its inception in 2015.
Lauren oversees Edgewell’s full scope of global internal and external communications activities to drive strategy, reinforce company culture, increase employee engagement, and heighten corporate brand recognition. She also supports executive leadership and cross-functional business partners to provide strategic communications counsel and planning expertise to support crisis communications, change management, sustainability, and DEI.
During her tenure at Edgewell, Lauren has successfully grown and modernized the Communications function to serve as a strategic partner in support of the company’s global functions and regions. She plays an integral role in the company’s cultural transformation and pivoted the corporate global approach upon the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 – ensuring a diverse workforce of remote, hybrid, and in-person teams remained informed, engaged, and productive.
