Shinako Shima

Shinako Shima is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management across various industries. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Schick Japan at Edgewell Personal Care since November 2021, Shinako has previously held brand management positions at Luxottica and String Furniture. Shinako's career began as an Associate Brand Manager at Newell Brands focused on Aprica Children’s Products and includes significant leadership experience as General Manager at WASARA Co., Ltd., where team management and market expansion strategies were key responsibilities. Shinako began the career in Japan for Rosendahl Design Group A/S, facilitating distributor communications. An alumnus of Suzuka International University, Shinako holds a Bachelor's degree in International Study, specializing in International Relations.
