Vincent Marshall, MBA, GIAC, currently serves as Manager of Global IT Service Management at Edgewell Personal Care since July 2022. Previously, Vincent held the position of Information Security Engineer III at Energizer Holdings from January 2018 to October 2022 and served in multiple roles at Energizer from January 2011 to October 2016, including Supervisor of Customer Support Services and Team Lead for the Energizer Global eConcierge Helpdesk. Earlier in Vincent's career, the role of Operations Manager for the Energizer/Microsoft Helpdesk was undertaken at Harte Hanks from February 2009 to January 2011. Vincent began the professional journey as an Onsite Support Technician at Digicode I.T.S. from July 1999 to August 2002, providing technical services for network implementation and maintenance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology Management and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Lindenwood University, along with an Associate Applied Science Degree in Information Systems: Network Engineering from St. Louis Community College. Vincent also completed three years of study in Sociology and Marketing at Southeast Missouri State University.
