Paula Aroz

Paula Aroz has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning across various industries. At Honeywell, Paula served as the Director of Building Automation R&D and IT Finance from January 2019 to March 2024, leading financial support for IT and R&D, and overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI) reporting and business process transformation. Previously, Paula held roles in Cyber Security Global FP&A, managing a $150M P&L and supporting M&A due diligence, as well as serving as the Honeywell Connected Industrial Americas Pole Leader focused on commercial finance and software accounting models. Prior experience includes serving as Finance and Administration Manager at Trek Mesures and Manager of Finance for the Municipalidad de Mendoza, where Paula focused on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and feasibility studies for international loans. Paula holds a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ and a Licenciado en Economía from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
