Cynthia Green

Cynthia Green, M.S., has over two decades of experience in the field of family support and social work. Currently serving as the Director of Family Support at the Edgewood Center for Children and Families since February 2002, Cynthia provides leadership and oversight for various community-based prevention and early intervention programs. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Senior Social Worker at Family Support Services of the Bay Area from November 1991 to September 2001, focusing on case management for families with children at risk of out-of-home placement due to abuse and neglect. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University and a Master of Psychology from the University of Phoenix, Arizona, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
